Sir John Ritblat
Hon President and former CEO and Chairman of of British Land Plc
Sir John Ritblat, the son of a Hampstead dentist, started work for Edward Erdman, the estate agent who trained several generations of developers, and went on to learn at the feet of another famous figure, the late Sir Max Joseph, founder of Grand Metropolitan.
For 10 years, he and another future developer, Neville Conrad, ran a highly successful agency of their own. Sir John took control of a small company, Union Property, which he reversed into British Land in 1970. In building it up to its present size as one of Britain's top half dozen property groups

Lucian Cook
Savills Plc
Lucian Cook is one of the country’s most authoritative housing market commentators, having been a director in Savills much-respected research team since 2007.
As an industry figurehead he regularly presents on the UK housing markets and frequently appears on radio and television.
At Savills he leads a team of 36 highly respected researchers. Collectively they cover everything from social housing to the prime markets of central London and development land to residential investment.

Jeremy Bohn
The Work Avenue
Jeremy is the Director of WAGE, a Social Enterprise established to generate employment.
He started his commercial career in the recruitment industry working his way from junior consultant through to Director of several agencies before branching out to form his own specialist headhunting business.
More recently he took on the challenge of running and managing the community’s leading golf and country club, completing a change management programme to modernise and transform the member and visitor experience.

Harvey Kasin
Deutsche Pfandbrief Bank
Harvey has worked for the past 30 years at Deutsche Pfandbrief Bank (formerly known as Hypo Bank). He was the first Chartered Surveyor to be employed in the UK specifically dealing with real estate aspects in commercial bank lending.
He built the role up into looking at all aspects of property including technical due diligence, legal aspects, insurance, valuation and financial structuring of deals. He also has experience of "work out" deals.
Previously Harvey was a management surveyor working both in the public and private sector. I worked for MEPC, London Transport, Michael Laurie and Michael Elliott.

Kate Davies
CEO Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association
Kate Davies is the Chief Executive of Notting Hill Genesis. Prior to this Kate was the Chief Executive of Notting Hill Housing, a role she had held since 2004. She was previously the Chief Executive of Servite Houses and Director of Housing in Brighton and Hove. Kate has experience in local government and the private and voluntary sectors. She has two degrees and qualifications in housing management (MCIH) and housing association development.
In addition, Kate is a non-executive director with the National House Building Council and a Board member of TopHat Enterprises Ltd.
