OUR AIM

Our aim is to create friendships and business relationships with a property theme through frequent attendance at the monthly breakfast meetings.

 

Many members have been regular attendees for years and new members join on an ongoing basis. The atmosphere is congenial and welcoming. We encourage members to get together, and share their good news, views and business opportunities over a cooked breakfast.

  • Raise funds for Charitable Projects. We intend to give away at least £6,000 per year, all to smaller charities where a donation of £1,000 can really make a difference.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

We ask members to make a donation to the Raven Charitable Trust at 40a Hampstead High Street, London NW3 1QE whenever they successfully conclude a transaction with another member of the club where the introduction was made by or through the club. The Trust is a registered charity, No. 803380, and therefore the donation is tax deductible. The amount of the donation is optional and at the end of each year the donations are given to charities nominated by the members.

PREVIOUS DONATIONS

These include:

  • Buying Presents for every patient in a West Herts Hospital over Christmas 2018

  • Funding for 5 schools to encourage their pupils to raise money for local charities

  • Two specialist cots for Watford General Hospital Maternity Unit

  • A wheelchair swing at Haven House Hospice

  • A sensory Room at St Mary's Children's Hospital, Carshalton
